Location perfect to get to ball park. Really appreciated shuttle service. Food available close by. Front desk personnel excellent. Having bar open before and after event perfect.

Great check-in as usual! Thanks Reggie (sp?). Looked like someone put ketchup (that's what I'm going with, anyway) from one end of curtains to the other. Otherwise, clean, quiet stay. My go-to hotel when here.

We had a comfortable stay at Sonesta Milwaukee West. It was easy to park near the entrance, check in was quick and our room was pleasant and clean. The only disappointment was that the hotel told us upon arrival that they do not serve breakfast on weekends. This was different than what was explained during our online reservation and confirmation. Otherwise, I'd recommend Sonesta to others!

Breakfast was not included which the ******* app listed as one of the amenities. We were not told this until after booking a non refundable room. Also, we had to request a refrigerator and there was no microwave in any of the rooms.

It was very quiet on the property and around it. Very clean. When we checked in, Reggie was the one who helped us and was very friendly and nice. Loved his personality and vibe. The only downfall was no housekeeping and the restaurant was closed but beside that everything was wonderful!

Our roo. was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. The only things that I didn't like was the fact that they charge $40 for late check out and someone was banging on our door a little after 9 in the morning, which interrupted my rest. It was pretty noisy with doors slamming in the morning. I'm not sure if it was staff cleaning rooms or guests going in and out of rooms.

When I made the reservation, it said breakfast included. While I was checking in I was told breakfast was not only included and that it would be an extra 15 dollars per day. None of the days I was down there was there any food in any of the trays or anyone to be found to serve breakfast.
Somewhat disappointing that something is not as advertised.

The stay here was very nice. We were coming in from an international flight and needed sleep. Very quiet and clean. Very friendly staff. We will definitely come back here.
